As a UX Lead I establish, plan, implement and manage the user interface

design for Enterprise Risk Management project, GUI prototypes, managing

client relationships, analytical approach, solutions definition, and final

design deliverables. Design and develop User Experience standards for Risk

Management Application, Facilitate strategic initiatives with clients,

including SME interviews with Risk Analysts and senior management to

determine overall solution and user experience strategic direction. Work

with the IBM Cognos and Websphere development team to design online user

experiences for the client's family of clearing corporations. Assess
