The Walmart.com Store Returns Integration project has been undertaken to

enable 'Marketplace' and complete the Wal-Mart multi-channel purchase

experience, Walmart.com must integrate its returns process and systems with

Wal-Mart Stores. This project creates new metrics and rewards management by

way of extracting data out of the EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse), and

creating a new metrics to pave the way for retiring one of their existing

metrics systems. My responsibility was to render Business Analyst services

in the creation of an interactive online portal for select customers to bid

on reward prizes and support its environment in Sales & Marketing module

using Siebel Call centre.

. Involved in Inception Phase and prepared vision statement and initial

The objective of Bankcard ALPS Replacement project is to eliminate the need

for users to Asses needs first in one system and then open the credit card

account in another. Eliminate the impression of multiple unrelated systems

for opening Bankcard accounts
