Objective: Permanent Position in Maintenance.

Work history and experience;

Duracell- Lagrange, GA November 2011- Spun Zinc (Foundry)

Maintain ABB Foundry-max Robots, Rebuild and adjust Inductotherm Zinc melt

furnaces such as changing crucibles, and heaters,

*Maintain AMAX loaders- replace belts and sensors, adjust as needed.

*Use overhead cranes to move dross and materials,

*Operate forklift

*Quality checks and entering data to Infinity system.

Most Equipment on Windows based programs.

ACE Industries-(Lawn mower parts manufacturer) Lineville, Al January 2000- July

2011 Multi-Craft

*Mold changes and setup of injection molding and pick and place robots.

* Hydraulic- test solenoids, valves and pumps, change hoses, repack cylinders etc.

*Pneumatic- Adusted/replaced cylinders, set pressures, changed seals etc.

*Electrical maintenance- 480/277 and 240/120, troubleshooting on existing circuits,

Installed new circuits- Installed panels and sub-panels ran conduit and pulled wire used

split bolts or squeeze ons etc. Set-up transformers and bus bar taps. Wired 1 & 3 phase

motors. 24vdc tested circuits replaced input devices (photo eyes, limit switches etc.)

Limited experience on PLCs such as adjusting time or changing in/outputs.

*Installed new machinery as needed including wiring and fabrication. Using MIG and

ARC welding, torches, grinders, calipers etc

*Also maintained powder coat systems, furnaces, paint chains, caterpillar drives.

*Boiler and steam systems and other equipment such as break and punch presses.

*Operated overhead cranes to set molds and move materials

** Reason for leaving Plant Closed

J.R. Motors 1992- 2001 Mechanic

Mounted, balanced, and changed car and light truck tires. Performed engine work such as

changing heads, water pumps. rebuilt engines, changed transmissions, CV axles etc.
