. Implemented MDM solution based on employee data to reduce new employee

onboarding process from 5 days to 1 day. Also implemented MDM solution

. Acted as a principal consultant for Nokia to initiate and implement

their BI program for global MyNokia CRM data which highlighted major

. Implemented BI solution in Cummins (Fortune 500) based on supply chain

. Lead credit risk data analysis team of Deutsche Bank. The initiative

provided better insight to bad credits to credit risk officers. Also

set-up 3 IT teams in three different continents to support users in 32

countries.
