requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures;
analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
. Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing,
implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade
promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
. Planning, coordinating and directing a broad range of services so that
the organization can operate efficiently.
. To ensure whether the signed contracts, insurance requirements,
government regulations and safety standards are followed or not and
whether they are up to date or not.
. Defining objectives for the team and Self- Half Yearly.
. Approving all the bills pertaining to the Company
. To organize meetings, reply interoffice inquiries and pass on all data
to the management, to manage the work product and deadlines of staff,
to manage the office budget and review the office expenditure often.

management and administration department.
