Professional Summary:

Over thirty-four (34) years experience in all facets of logistics,

technical documentation development, and related administrative functions.

More than twenty-six (26) years experience providing logistic support to

the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) community (Fort

Monmouth/APG), and more than eight (8) years experience providing logistic

support to the U.S. Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) community

(Lakehurst, NJ).

Professional Experience:

Camber Corporation, Feb 2013-Present

Assigned as Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM) for the

Tactical Intelligence Ground Station (TGS) at PM DCGS-A (February 2013-

Present). Manage all logistics functions, to include, provisioning, tech

manual development, fielding coordination, field service technical

representatives, and other logistics duties as necessary to maintain/manage

the TGS Program. Travel to U.S. Army installations to conduct inventory of

TGS spare/repair parts and meet with senior leadership to discuss upcoming

fielding events. Travel to the manufacturer/vendor facilities to oversee

production assembly lines, conduct inventory of Government Furnished

Equipment (GFE), and resolve any issues/concerns that affect delivery

schedules. Continuous monitoring of TGS Fielding Schedules is a high

priority.

Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), 25 years, 1987-2012

I was PM Radars representative and spokesperson at all Phase I/V

Synchronization Conferences (Synch Conf) that involved Firefinder and LCMR

RESET Radars. My duties included preparing and distributing the Briefing

Slides for the appropriate radar system at each Synch Conf. I presented a

concise presentation at the Synch Conf discussing the capabilities and

status of the Firefinder/LCMR Radars. I answered all questions directed to

me, and established fielding, training, and NMIB dates for the Firefinder

Radar Systems (AN/TPQ-36(V)10 and AN/TPQ-37(V)9) and LCMR Systems (AN/TPQ-

49 and AN/TPQ-50). I adhered to a strict Fielding Schedule and coordinated

fielding/training dates with the PM Radars Fielding Chief prior to the

start of each Synch Conf. I also established solid Points Of Contact (POC)

and obtained required shipping information. I have attended and

participated in over eighty (80) Synchronization Conferences, and have

developed a strong relationship with each Gaining Unit.

My other duties and responsibilities, as assigned, was the Fielding

Chief for PM Radars for all AN/TPQ-36(V)10 and AN/TPQ-37(V)9 Radars. My

responsibilities included the coordination of the Fielding Team, which

included Technical Representatives from Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD), and

Raytheon Systems. I supervised the fielding effort and I was the focal

point for all fielding related issues that may arise. I conducted an In-

Brief prior to the fielding, then I conducted an Out-Brief when the

fielding effort was over. Inventory of all parts, coordination with the

units Property Book Officer (PBO), and establishing a rapport with the Unit

was only part of my responsibilities. Prior to being assigned as PM Radars

Synchronization Conference Representative, I trained new Fielders in all

aspects of Fielding PM Radars Systems. I have fielded more than seventy

(70) Radar Systems for PM Radars.

As a Senior Logistician with CSC since January 1987, I supported PM

Radars. Responsibilities included providing logistic support to the AN/TPQ-

36/-37 Radars and the SHORTSTOP Electronic Protection System (SEPS)

Countermeasures Set. Duties included development of technical

documentation, i.e., Integrated Logistic Support Plans (ILSPs), Basis of

Issue Plan Feeder Data (BOIPFD), Materiel Fielding Plans (MFPs),

Memorandums of Agreement (MOA), and Modification Work Order Fielding Plans

(MWOFPs) with the appropriate correspondence for distribution of these

documents. In addition to the development of the above technical

documentation, I have reviewed/edited/prepared Maintenance Allocation

Charts (MAC) and Repair Parts and Special Tools List (RPSTL) on both the

AN/TPQ-36 and -37 Firefinder Radars. Prepared the AN/VLQ-9/-10 SHORTSTOP

Countermeasures Sets Contingency Release Packages (CRPs) and participated

in the SEPS program scheduling and planning by preparing fielding schedules

and milestone charts. I updated/revised the AN/TPQ-36/-37 Essential Repair

Parts Stockage Lists (ERPSLs) and Recommended Support Items Lists (RSILs)

for world-wide distribution.

QED Systems, 1 year, 1986-1987

At QED Systems (December 1986-July 1987) my duties as a Logistics

Program Coordinator involved numerous management functions which included

coordinating all programmatic and logistic-related activities among

employees, monitoring workloads, solving problems, training new employees,

interfacing with Government personnel concerning task-related questions,

and reviewing the final product for accuracy before delivery to the Naval

Air Engineering Center (NAEC), Lakehurst, NJ. Other duties included the

preparation of a monthly status/progress report for the Program Manager at

NAEC and the development of employee Position Descriptions (PDs).

M&T Company, 7 years, 1979-1986

As a Logistics Analyst with the M&T Company (April 1979-December

1986) my responsibilities involved logistics support for ten (10) different

Weapons Systems Programs at NAEC, Lakehurst, NJ. Duties entailed ensuring

all Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) elements [i.e., support equipment

delivery, Maintenance Plans (MPs), Support Material Lists (SMLs)/parts,

Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD)/Material Support Dates (MSDs),

training, publications, and rework facilities] were delivered to the fleet

in a timely manner. This was accomplished through direct contact via the

telephone or visit to the contractor or Government facility for reviewing

and updating the ILS Management Report (ILSMR) for each Weapon System.

Other duties included drafting cover letters to the appropriate

agency requesting review and input/comments of overdue extracts for a

particular ILS element(s); reviewing Government/contractor provided

documents to update the ILSMR and; reviewing Support Equipment

Recommendation Data (SERDs) for impact on the ILSMR.

Torwico Electronics, 6 years, 1973-1979

As Production Control Supervisor with Torwico Electronics (May 1973-

April 1979), I supervised ten (10) employees, and was responsible for

timely delivery of electrical components for transportation

vehicles/equipment. Had working knowledge of impregnation procedures and

instructed employees concerning potting/dipping/coating of transformers and

other electronic components/equipment. Was responsible for all inventory

control records and stockage quantities.
