Vice president and office manager of a mechanical contracting firm VMAC Corp, a Service-
Connected-Disabled-Veteran small business concern. VMAC was awarded a government
contract with DOS, Department of State, specifically with OBO, Overseas Building Operations,
responsible for renovating and reconstructing American Embassies world-wide. VMAC
Performed 20% design-build construction work in plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire
protection and security of American Embassies. In the U.S., VMAC performed similar work.
School Vice Principal 5 years. High school English teacher over 20 years. Responsible for
training employees and students, creating and implementing materials and instruction for state
standardized testing and overall curriculum. Responsible for data collection, research and risk
analysis and formulation of new teaching approaches and techniques for campus success. Wrote

Construction: Procurement and renovation of several single family properties, including most

hiring sub contractors, applying for building permits securing the property, providing temporary
utilities on site, managing personnel on site, providing the site surveying and engineering,
disposing or recycling of construction waste, monitoring schedules and cash flows, and
maintaining accurate records. Adherence to code requirements and compliance regulations,
including OSHA.
Vice President/Owner VMAC Corporation: 5 years. VMAC renovated American Embassies
world-wide, including in Switzerland, Africa, Tokyo, Manila, the Philippines, and South
America. Oversaw the repair, rehabilitation, and maintenance of the Department of State
facilities overseas. Oversaw the security, routine maintenance, fire protection, and safety and
environmental management. Government projects ranged upwards of $13,000,000. and
classified at the Top Secret Levels.
Served as EA/ PA for owner providing executive/personal administrative support and household
management, including overseeing travel schedules and itineraries for owners and employees.
Responsible for communications with security, venders, and contractors. Made presentations to
principles, contractors, employees in Washington D.C. to DOS, to company owners in Virginia,
Washington D.C. and overseas. Able to network equally in affluent environments and poor
settings.
Assistant Principal San Antonio Independent School District: 5 years. Assisted the principal
in the overall operation of the campus. Responsible for the day to day activities as they pertained
to students, teachers, parents, classified staff including contractors and custodial staff. Focused
on resolving conflicts, handled complex and confidential situations. In charge of safety and risk
management.
CIC/Curicullum Instructional Coordinator: 3 years. Responsible for research, analysis, and
instruction of campus teachers and students. In charge of research, compilation of data, analysis
of data, preparation of reports, identification of weak points, and the creation and implementation
