Bank of America, USA: GHR Compensation Service Delivery Manager 2010 - Present

Manage and enhance the design, development and administration of the Company’s global

compensation programs.

Compensation Service Delivery Administration: Oversee preparation, processing, validation, tracking and

delivery of compensation agreements across the Company. In collaboration with Payroll and regional

Payroll vendors design and manage pay processes. Lead the in-depth analysis of pay programs and create

models in support of executive and associate compensation. Design and manage cyclical pay processes,

guidance to and partnering with the Compensation Consultants on the implementation and execution of the

Compensation data tools such as RMS and CRT. Oversee the analytics, modeling and executive reporting

to support needs of a specific business line. Identify trends and business implications. Develop, implement

and maintain HR information systems. Manage and/or coordinate production of periodic compliance

performance reports for management, including trend analysis and recommended strategies.

Compensation Administration: Review and update compensation procedures; make recommendations to

changes in U.S. and international salary ranges. Lead competitive assessments using market analysis,

including defining the peer groups, formulating recommendations and presenting results to the

Management.

Sales Incentive Plan Administration : Responsible for project management of sales plan design process,

including evaluating the plan’s effectiveness, proposing plan changes, and coordinating metric and cost

modeling; budgeting; oversee monthly accruals and forecast updates; and lead continuous process

improvements to assure alignment with strategic initiatives.

Merit and Bonus Cycle Management: Recommend merit budgets; calculate bonus funding allocations;

compensation process and provide advice and counsel to HR and line managers in making sound
