Personal Statement

I am a high motivated, responsible and hardworking tower rigger with over 4 and a half

years’ experience at team leader level r igging. I have overseen many r igging projects such

as SSE using tight lines and Petzl i.d’s to land large dishes in the desired location by the

costumer. These where often challenging in the highlands of Scotland and was a great

challenge. Proven ability to meet deadlines whilst keeping the job safe place of work,

keeping the site organized often shadowed with a new starter.

I am a lead by example kind of guy who loves new challenges and experienced in a variety

of projects in any industry. I believe I could bring my experience and skills as a high

motivated person with me and hopefully create immediate value and strengths whilst

developing my skills further.

I started my career in tower climbing back in 2009, before Aerelink I was a CCTV

engineer. I was started on the CE Northern Electric project landing large dishes using a

variety of lifting aids due to the difficult positions and high heights. I was on the project

for approximately 12 month then slowly moved over to the MBNL project. Working on Mbnl

I have done many installations, upgrades, dish swaps, software, t ribs and tie line jobs,

w ith my National Grid Pylon Certificate I was able to install on live pylons also. Having

my pylon certificate other company’s often used me on their jobs such as HF COMMS,

SAVILLS, CAIP and DALEY INT installing steelwork on their behalf. Work would also

come from different companies such as Galiford Try for the installation of RRU and Fiber.

Aerelink also had a Noc looking after Cheshire Councils Wi-Fi. I have installed, de-

commissioned, RRU Swaps on a whole variety of customers varying from Nexcom, EE

( MBNL) SIAE, Vodafone, Huawei RTN10/950.

CCTV Systems Manchester 2007 - 2009

Installation of security systems all over the UK with customers such as Clinton Cards

i nstalling and maintaining all there security in each store and offices. Other customers

Here I worked on a variety of machines and learning screen-printing on the job from the

p rinting school Manchester. I moved from printing to print finishing using a plattern and

guillotine design and building promotional posters boxes and decorations for customers

such as Viacom and Bargin Booze.
