• During the t ime in Prensa Libre, the company being an umbrella company, one of

t heir companies “El Quetzalteco” (www.elquetzalteco.com.gt ), needed to fill 14

positions in an urgent mat ter. The KPI to fill these positions had an average of 20

business days that includes entry-level, administrative and management. I was able

to recruit and process the new hires in 7 days for all 14 positions.

• Implementation of HR department – Re-engineer the entire department. (Area

d iagnostics, Implementation of new projects like salary ranges, position ranking and

d istribution, manuals, employee security, t rainings, and so on.
