Operations Manager
Relocated to Tennessee to manage ArcelorMittals first solely owned
satellite plant, with our main support facility located in Pioneer, Ohio.
This assignment contained challenges above the normal Operations Manager
position, as the company completed trials and errors for developing a new
design structure for Murfreesboro and future satellite plants.
Selected contributions:
> Improved 2012 production efficiency from 35% to 78%

lean manufacturing techniques
