for a Hybrid product that is currently being brought to the market.
04/07 - 01/13 Logistics Manager - ULTRA Machine & Fabrication
Logistics Manager for an Armored Steel Fabricator, and supplier to the
Military. Duties include the handling of all Shipping related documentation
of parts going to three major suppliers of Military equipment and parts.
This includes creating all trucking Bills of Ladings, scheduling pickups,
and completing all Packing Lists and Certificates of Conformances for parts
shipped.

Supply Manager for a Textile firm in the Carpet Yarn Manufacturing
industry. Duties include Inventory Control within a Supply Room with a
value of $750,000. Procure necessary materials from a defined Supply Base
to insure adequate availability of necessary spare parts. Work closely with
defined Suppliers and garner strong relationships that offer cost effective
Supply Chain Management. Supervise a staff of assistants to maintain these

Process Engineer for one of the industries largest
Electronic/Telecommunication Cable Assembly Manufacturer. Duties include
the Design of Manufacturing Processes for a wide assortment of Cable
Assemblies for various customers. Use CAD based Design Tools, AutoCAD
2000lt for both Process Layout Design and Cell Layouts. Work within a
Kaizen/5S System to drive workplace efficiencies.
03/01 - 03/02 Packaging & Specifications Specialist - KIMBLE Glass
Packaging Engineer, and Specification Specialist, for one of the oldest
Scientific and Cosmetic Glass Manufacturers in the USA. Duties include the
Design of Protective Packaging for a wide assortment of items produced in
two Plants. Use CAD based Design Tools, AutoCAD 2000lt, for both Packaging
Design and Glass Specifications. Work directly with the Supply base in
developing design concepts as well as cost reductions through design
changes. Maintain Corporate Databases as it relates to BOM's, Packaging
Specifications, and ISO 9002 Standards.
01/00 - 02/01 Industrial Engineer/Quality Manager - Pharr Yarns, Inc.
Plant Industrial Engineer, and Quality Manager, for a Textile firm in the
Carpet Yarn Manufacturing industry. Duties include all the traditional
Industrial Engineering functions, Time and Rate Studies, as well as the
development, and maintenance, of the Standard Cost System. Quality Manager
with duties that include the overseeing the Plant Quality Department as
well as the maintenance of the Corporate Quality Standards. Supervise a

Packaging Engineer for the worlds largest Electrical Connector Company.
Duties included the Design of Protective Packaging for a wide assortment of
connection devices. Design for manufacturability through the use of CAD
based design systems that include AutoCAD and Medusa CAD. Work directly
with the Packaging Supplier base to develop new design concepts as well as
maintaining existing designs. Developed over $3,000,000. of actual savings
over the last 4 years of employment. Package Testing of products to the
ISTA Testing Standards; complete Database Maintenance of all packaging
BOM's,
Packaging Specifications, ISO 9001 Standards, and Project Management.
03/84 - 06/90 Industrial Engineer - AMP Incorporated Industrial Engineer
for the worlds largest Electrical Connector Company. Duties included
Standard Cost analysis, and maintenance, through Time and Rate Studies.
Database maintenance of the Standard Cost System through the use of an
HP3000 Computer environment. Maintain Plant Layouts through the use of a
CAD based computer system. Work with Contractors in all aspects of Capital
Improvements and construction.

of assistants to maintain these duties.
