My Career as Safety Assist is supported by field construction experience as

a Helper in Industrial construction and MSHA coal mine site. List of

Duties, Rigging with cranes and know basic hand signals which included

other equipment like forklifts, spotter, installing rebar with tie wire

into place, Concrete slip forms with using vibrators and other concrete

hand tools, connecting beams with basic ironworker tools, confined space

areas, other general duties including using grinders, cutting torch, using

laser leveler, hilti guns (powered also), apoxy guns, drills, carpenter

tools, worked of swing stages, JLG's, table saws, band saws, and traffic

monitor. By having my Advance Safety Certificate and experience being a

craft helper helps me ensure site policies were followed and regulations

were enforced. No Body Gets Hurt.

Major Experience Highlights:

. Helper/safety Assist. On $75 million project in Ghent, Kentucky

for 11 months. Worked closely with our client on building silo structures

for a power plant. During this assignment I worked closely with field

management on performing my daily duties as a helper in the field, Also was

engaged with safety walks, helping with training through the safety Dept.,

PBS member (People base safety), helped with monthly inspections on

ladders, fire extinguishers, and fall protection. JSA audits done daily,

gang box meetings, stretch & flex, Involved with safety committee, helping

on enforcing site polices, and traffic control.

. Iron worker helper on a $15 million project in Gillette, Wyoming

for 3 months. Helped in the process of repairing silos by adding wire

cables around several silos 150ft up off swing stages to reinforce

structure. Duties included small hand tools use, tying wire, ground

spotter, engaged in gang box meetings, safety topic of the day, stretch &

flex, cut wire to size, insert wire into protected covering and install,

operate swing stage and fill out JSA's.
