using SDLC and Peregrine change tracking tool. Achieved 99.99% System
availability spanning over 10 years including nationwide networking for
ATM's and banking centers along with all Midrange systems.
. Billing responsibilities for vendors and time tracking tools as Niku.
Management a team of 80 with 6 direct reports. Wrote all procedures for
operations with step-by-step system IPL instructions.
. Focal point for all projects within the data center and backup sites
using project management lifecycle, scope of project to total cost
allocation and time and personnel requirements.

. Designed and installed a SAN network using MCdata fiber hubs, with over

ability for secondary backup team to assume complete control at any given
