-Worked to improve the print department issues focused around print wheels and print ink viscosity.

o Reevaluated print wheel cleaning, storage, condition verification, cleaning methods, and cleaning tools.

o Researched and tested cleaning agents on various print wheels that were dipped in different types of ink.

o Instituted a better storage system for print wheels in order to avoid damage due to moisture and contact
