Employed to assist with the maintenance of the superannuation record keeping system, Superb.
• assistance with the introduction of online Bpay payments (including analysis and testing of
existing NAB processes modified for Plum)
• automatic porting of members’ death and TPD cover to the Plum Personal Plan
• testing of new accounting product to trace all cashflows from bank account through record
keeping system to general ledger to trade file
• analysis and standardisation of all insurance arrangements across 80% of Plum’s clients
• transition of BP super fund members to Plum, including 3 defined benefit categories
