through several ISO and cGMP certification and surveillance audits.
Responsible for all purchasing of raw materials used in the chemical blends, including packaging. I
have saved Crown Technology over $1 million dollars in raw material costs through diligent sourcing
efforts and tough negotiations with suppliers.
Responsible for management of raw material inventory levels. I have maintained a consistent supply of
materials to continually support production needs.
Responsible for managing the safety activities throughout the plant, including employee safety training.

Responsible for managing the quality control activities in a QS-9000 environment, including
conducting quality tests, writing SOPs and work instructions, and reviewing nonconforming product. I
worked with the Quality Team to develop the infrastructure of the department during its startup.
Responsible for managing corrective and preventive actions, conducting quality inspections, training
new quality technicians, conducting gage R&R studies, and assistance during physical inventory.

Responsible for coordinating onsite quality consulting activities for over 100 customers. Duties
included scheduling consultant visits, following up with customers on implementation activities,
answering customer questions, keeping track of customer’s implementation status, and periodically
assisting the consultant onsite at customer’s facility.
Later was part of the Professional Services team, responsible for going onsite to customer’s facilities to
perform purchased services. Duties included installing purchased software, integrating the software
into their quality system, perform software training, and generate additional sales leads. Traveled 40-
50% of the time each month.
