Charter Communications Ambassador. Although I don’t have much experience in Management that gives you the opportunity
to train me in the right way to do things according to Charter. With a BBA, and a MA in Communication Management I have the
education required to do the job. Having 2 years in OM the customer contact team for Charter Business totaling 5 years
working under the Service Delivery umbrella within Charter. I was there with the original OM Business team. I love structure
and have demonstrated leadership abilities here at Charter as well as outside of Charter. Currently working at the Help desk

directed reps to appropriate departments.

An OM Business Specialist is responsible for resolving business order failures in CSG and updating Salesforce. Working hold
reports and customer contact to resolve the held orders issues. Responsible for inbound and outbound calls to residential and
business customers. Responsible for billing starting business orders so that the sales reps can get their commission.

service, long distance, and internet. Trained to handle billing question and issues, giving billing adjustments when needed. Set
appointments and used every computer system needed for the process of the services. Often assisted in training old and new
employees. Company downsized and closed center March 2005.
