Coordinated design of structural and miscellaneous steel building components and created shop drawings for structures such as canopies, stairs, and folding wall supports.

Worked with building archive drawings and prepared as-built drawings.

Prepared layouts and detailing drawings for various building components such as framings, roofs, platforms, catwalks, stairs and ladders, partition supports, ornamental railings, grilles, fences and gates, equipment supports, gratings and hatches, security screens and many other small miscellaneous steel items by hand and using AutoCAD. The list of projects included schools, hospitals, correctional facilities, chemical and pharmaceutical plants, railroad terminals, pollution control installations and shopping malls.

Worked on detailing drawings of elevator towers, light pylons and spiral railings of a pedestrian bridge in downtown Manhattan.

Duties included field visits for inspection and measurements, client and shop coordination, drafting by hand and using AutoCAD and checking work done by others.
