Introduction
I am a production manager/supervisor that has a B.S. degree from NGCSU. I am looking to lead a
team that has a vision of striving for excellence through exceeding customer expectations, providing a
high quality product, and meeting customer needs. I have 8+ years’ experience in the
warehouse/production industries being a supervisor, but also very willing to get in there with my guys
and get the job done when needed.

2007-Present Production Manager
As production manager, I controlled the process from the beginning, the time a job came
to the floor, to the end, when it was loaded on a truck. During the process, I managed quality
control in each work cell. I also managed the Lean manufacturing in each cell through the use
of 5S, daily metrics, and process controls. I controlled over 1.5 million dollars of inventory
through various vendors in an inventory management system. I mastered the operation of each
machine, Breton CNC 400, Combicut, Traslo (ASRS), Platinum, Speedy Cut, Easy Edge,
including the maintenance thereof. I also mastered the programming of each machine through
the use of AlphaCAM, AutoCAD, ShopMaster, OptiMaster, DesignMaster, BretonCAM. I also
worked closely with the customer to provide them with a high quality product. This included
doing templates for the job, hand picking stock material, and specialty packing. I was
responsible for the labor force and hours on a daily basis, hitting target goals for the hours
worked. I resolved conflict and issues quickly in a professional manner.
Maintenance / Distribution Manager Cambria – Alpharetta, Georgia
2004-2007
Working in maintenance, I maintained Breton equipment: CNC, Combicut, Speedy Cut,
Platinum, easy edge. Also, I worked on air compressors and cranes. I used maintenance
software to log all parts, labor, and any special notes. I also did equipment design for process
improvements.
In distribution, I managed over 1 million dollars of inventory in an electronic inventory
management system. I was in charge of quality control and pricing. Also, I managed the
customer service and all incoming orders.
