Head of Security, IMG Academy, Bradenton, FL, April 2012 to current

Designed and established a comprehensive security program and infrastructure for a 500 acre athletic/academic campus

providing services for over 10,000 students and 20,000 visitors per year. Current project is coming to an end.

• Built a professional technology based security system to provide complete perimeter and interior protection for the

campus, its occupants and structures (campus previously had no security department or systems)

Led in house security personnel and safety initiatives at large scale luxury hotels consisting of restaurants, meeting facilities and

spas. Assigned to over 30 Ritz Carlton hotels to provide auditing, training or consulting work on their security/safety programs.

Opening Loss Prevention Director for the Ritz Carlton’s in New York, Boston, Las Vegas and San Juan. Company trainer for

new Directors of Loss Prevention. Moved to Connecticut to be near family.
