Worked in several 4 star hotels in the Baltimore
& Washington DC area including Sheraton Inner
Harbor Hotel, The Village of Cross Keys &
Sheraton Four Points (the only 4 star of this
brand). Worked as Director of Sales and
Marketing which included overseeing the entire
Catering, and Sales staff and the Revenue
manager. Hired motivated and trained the staff.
Responsible for the revenue budget of the entire
hotel as well as setting and achieving revenue
goals daily as well as monthly. Opened the
first 4 star Four Points Hotel in Washington DC.
Created all marketing tools including sales kit,
all meal menus and wedding meal plans. Created
the media schedule for all print, radio and
local media advertising. Coordinated several
million dollar plus Charity events from
conception to completion
