Handling of O&M Activities:

1. Planning and Implementation of Signalling connectivity towards

Vodafone STPs from Network nodes such as Core Nodes & VAS Node.

2. Daily SMS issues troubleshooting with the help of Wire shark protocol

analyser

3. Expert in resolving any SS7 related issues.

4. Creation of entire SS7 database such as GT routing, MNP database & SS7

link (HSL, LSL, ATM) creation.

6. Knowledge of SS7 protocols such as SCCP, TCAP, MAP, ISUP, BICC etc.

7. Done Audit and repair of MNP database several times.

8. Roaming Fault Management for inbound and outbound roamers, including
