n umbers and then interfaces the payment requests to the Paybase application used to print

checks and send the positive pay file to US Bank. TCOE also processes voids and reissues for

school checks on a monthly basis. US Bank sends check status information back to TCOE to

contribution plans. ABC application (Annuitant Benefit Consolidation) deals with the defined

benefit segment of Prudential Retirement for record keeping and payment processing for all

participants.

Defined Benefits are t raditional pension plans that promise participants a specific monthly benefit at

retirement. The amount of the benefit is known in advance and is usually based on factors such as age,

earnings, and years of service. The benefits from a pension plan are usually paid out to the employee in

t he form of an Annuity.

An annuity is a contract between an individual and an insurance company, which states that in

exchange for payment by the individual, the company agrees to pay the individual an income in the

f uture.

formats this for reports detailing and summarizing stock loss and costs for Distribution Finance. The

Depot Stock Results system is a reporting tool that allows depots to analyze their weekly stock

loss/gain and damage/recoup figures.

A sub-system (SD SMAUDSUM) provides weekly extract files of costs for Assembled Volumes, Carrier

Bags and retail Expenses on a weekly and periodic basis.

Service Area - 2: Supplier Conformance, Supply Chain, Store Ordering.

Supplier Performance Management System is used to monitor deliveries to Distribution Centers and

supplier performance data, used by Supply chain and Supplier Conformance to manage suppliers.

The SPMS Focus application receives data from Denver Goods In, and provides a selection of reports

detailing and summarizing arrival, unload and Turn-around times for deliveries to DCs. I t also

p rovides extracts of the tu rnaround time details to Store Ordering. The functionality allows reporting

of data across all ROI or all UK sites (for certain high level users) are permit ted.
