Multi Link System Test Training Tool (MLST3). I also conducted independent evaluations of multiple

program builds, and supported pre certification/certification testing to ensure successful software

delivery to the US Government sponsor. I was the data link engineer as a member of a team of 2

systems engineers, 1 integration engineer, and a program manager for the integration and testing of

the first US Link 22 system. In this role I was responsible for system setup, functionality and data flow

between the Link 22 components (SNC, LLC, SCP, and NCE) and the MLST3.

Interoperability Lead Test Director/ Test Analyst

Navy Center Tactical Systems Interoperability, San Diego, CA

July 2001 – January 2004

Coordinated, planned and directed Interoperability development and certification testing of Net Ready

KPP (TDL) (antenna to antenna) and C4ISR systems for U.S. Navy and Joint military services. I was

responsible for the successful certification of AEGIS Weapon System Baselines 5.3.8, BMD 3.0,

5.3.9, 6.1.3, 6.1.6 and 7.1R. US Navy Platform Rep for AEGIS/SSDS, E 2 Hawkeye, EP 3 and other

systems into Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) joint testing certification.

IV & V Engineer
