Helpdesk Escalation Technician

Perform phone based troubleshooting and support for remote users connecting

by VPN using home based routers and hubs.

Provide guided troubleshooting over the phone with local site support

technicians to identify and repair PC and peripheral hardware problems and

network connectivity issues.

Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution for the Microsoft Office

Suite of applications including remote uninstall/re-install and also

instruct the users on advanced or newly upgraded features for the Office

Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution for the enterprise printer,

system functions, offline file synchronization, registry issues, service
