Wrote, designed and produced company's corporate card program policy and
procedures.
Interviewed, hired and supervised six employees, scheduled work hours,
resolved conflicts, determined salaries.
Directed workers engaged in preparation of borrowing base certificates and
movement of excess cash to investment vehicles.
Instrumental in negotiating company's $165 million line of credit.
Established policies and procedures for company's stock plan program.
Prepared financial and regulatory reports required by law for 10q and 10k
regarding stock plan program.
Recommended securities to board and corporate officers. Managed investment
portfolio topping $40MM.

Recipient of GTSI's highest "Deliver Plus One" Award on June 15th 2006, for
being instrumental in closing the company's new $135MM credit facility and
removing "going concern" language from outside audit after previous credit
facility was terminated.
In 2008 named a "Platinum Club" awardee earning a trip to Panama for
negotiating terms and conditions for an improved credit facility with
another lender.
Selected for first class and in April 2009 was the first candidate to
graduate from the company's brand new 14-month long Leadership Management
Certificate (LMC) program.
Received a 10% base salary increase and 8% Board Bonus for the preceding
accomplishments in Q1 2011.
In March 2011 received another bonus for achieving the, never before done,
record of keeping the company out of the credit line for two consecutive
years.
