Analysis, selection and installation of the new system of cooling towers (6 units) of the systems of c ooling
of HF and LF furnaces, continuous casting and smoke extraction system machine. Increased the
efficiency of the cooling system, the reliability of the equipment and better utilization of the res ource
w ater.
Coordination of adjustments and Assembly of the new system of flame -cutting for continuous casting
machine. The equipment was installed at the scheduled time and with this increased reliability of th e
system.

Project coordinator of infrastructure for all areas of TERNIUM SIDOR (Steel).
Partner responsibilities: Coordination of the TENARIS TAVSA Investment Plan Engineering Projects
(manufactures of Casing pipes). Development and coordination for TERNIUM SIDOR projects consisting of
i mprovement equipment and processes in steelworks of billets, slabs and rolling, also in gases and fluids plants.
Determine the requirements clearly and coordinate the improvements requested by the different operative
management’s needs. Manage f inancial, logistics and engineering requirements, bring them to approval and manage
the entire process of enforceable.
Main assignments and projects implemented:
Coordinator of the project of installation of new automatic threading system engineering for fittings pipe casing,
threading Colinet / TENARIS TAVSA. The equipment was installed according to what was planned, its
installation allowed an increase of 12% in the production to reduce the processing time of threaded, without
changing the times of lamination.
Assistance in the coordination of the study of modification of the Gas of the sieves molecular of the plant's
oxygen 4 supplies lines. At the end of the project the risk of leakage and the stability of the process were
reduced the hours an unscheduled stop.
Member of the study team of lamination stations improvements for the development of new technologies and
increase production.
Coordinator of engineering modification of accesses to the trucks of bridge cranes /25Ton cold rolling of ships.
The project was executed to 100%, with which cranes intervention times and the start of operation of them
dropped.
Coordinator of the study of root cause, executed by the company PROYNCA to determine the causes of the
progressive Corrosion on structures and equipment for pickling plants and plant regeneration of HCL. Were
determined the causes and actions taken to control the formation of new corrosion products avoiding the
temporary closure of the plant for the regeneration of HCL.
Coordination of engineering project design and Assembly of flat of chain of cooling 017 tubes for casing 6 "to
16" for TENARIS-ARGENTINIAN tubes factory. As result of this project improved the process of cooling and
structural design of the tubes out of the laminator, improving its quality and reducing operational risks of the
previous transfer and cooling process.
Coordinator of engineering for the development, design and implementation of a control system of emissions
produced during the cutting process of ingots intended for the production of tubes for casing of TENARIS-
TAVSA.
Coordination of engineering development, design and implementation of casing pipes bezels inspection stations
at the exit of the pipe Beveling Cridan 1 and 2 of TENARIS - ARGENTINIAN. Reduced the time of the
inspection process impacting directly on times of production by approx. 10%.
Coordinator of engineering development, design and implementation of the system of inspection perimeter and
longitudinal ultrasonic casing tubes. Project as a requirement for acceptance of the company CONOCO
PHILIPS TENARIS - TAVSA, order the order was accepted with a value of 1% rejection.
Coordinator of engineering for the development of the concept and design of railway and charging stations and
unloading for transportation of pellets to feed the reactors of direct reduction of the TERNIUM-MATESI plant
and the alternate system of reception of briquettes as a finished product.
