Wedding Coordinator Assistant
Responsibilities include assisting in all aspects specific to day-of
wedding coordinator, including decoration, set-up, tear-down, bridal and
family assistance, contacting vendors, answering questions, directing
guests to appropriate locations. Also entails quick-thinking and problem
solving, calm demeanor, and very strong interpersonal skills.

Continuing Medical Education (CME) Coordinator
Responsibilities included detailed event coordination of all the Continuing
Medical Education conferences and events for the Physicians and other
staff; i.e., researching topics and areas in which the Physicians would
need continuing, or further, information on, finding speakers, ordering
food, travel arrangement, sound and video set-up during the conferences,
and actual setting up, running, and tear-down of the conference. Also
entailed tracking success of the conferences and speakers, in terms of
performance improvement for the hospital. Extensive program planning with
each Department Program Planner, both at the beginning of the year with an
overall program layout/educational plan for the year, as well as weekly
follow-up, monitoring, and interaction with each program and their
respective Program Planners and Department Physicians. Approximately 35
different conference series running per month, most of which held an
educational conference at least once a week, if not more. Extensive
communication with Physicians, higher-level hospital staff, patients,
speakers, and a variety of other vendors.

Responsibilities included answering and calling roughly 100+ clients per

Volunteered as a Dinner and Silent/Live Auction Cashier at the 2013 Make-A-
Wish Greater Bay Area's Wine & Wishes event. Also serve as a Wish Granter,
where you are required to interview individual families and children to
determine their wish.
