1. Project Name: A Hybrid Digital Watermarking Based on DCT and SVD

Project Description
In this project, we propose a new robust hybrid watermarking technique
based on discrete cosine transform and singular value decomposition. After
applying the discrete cosine transform for the original image, we select
the low frequency coefficients and apply singular value decomposition. The
singular values of the original image are then modified by the singular
values of discrete cosine transformed binary logo watermark image.
Combination of these two transforms on image improves the performance of
watermarking algorithm. It has been observed that, in comparison with
other spatial domain methods, the proposed method shows the higher
imperceptibility and robustness against common image processing attacks
such as Jpeg compression, Jpeg 2000 compression, resizing, median
filtering, histogram equalization, sharpening, and Gama correction.

2. Project Name: Process Control Using Fuzzy Logic
Role: Developer

Project Description
The basic aim of the project is to computerize the control of any
industrial process. The project has three modules .The first is a flow loop
(process), which we control using the Fuzzy Logic Controller .The second is
Data Acquisition System (DAS), through which we interface the process with
the PC. The third is the Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC), which is a C++
program, which generates a control signal based on the inputs collected
from the sensors.
The 'Differential Pressure" transmitter converts the rate of flow of fluid
into analog voltages which is fed to the Data Acquisition System which in
turn converts it into a digital format which is fed to the PC Parallel
port. This is read by a "Data Acquisition" program which generates
calculates the "error" and "rate of change of error', which are fed to FLC.
The FLC accepts these parameters, depending on the values of these two
parameters, the FLC decides whether to modify the inputs given to process
or not.
