Program Manager – World Trade Center Construction (Logistics and Operations) DEC 2009–Present
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) vendors and contractors in scheduling construction operations and product deliverables.
- Expertly prepare and manage the Office of Program Logistics’ total annual budget of $5M.
- Provide expert leadership to the Logistics Management Team and consulting staff regarding on-site functions as well as monthly invoice evaluation and approval.
- Supervise and train eight site personnel regarding on-site operations and assignments.
- Evaluate and validate pertinent construction documents such as contract documents, drawings, and written contracts necessary in proceeding to operations.
- Organize various construction operations with both governmental and private sector stakeholders including Brookfield Financial Properties and Silverstein Properties.
