with reviewing projects prints in DWG format.

• Managed all Fire Alarm new installations for our national customers, such as Rite Aid and Best Buy.

• Contacted local AHJ’s (Authority having Jurisdiction) to confirm the requirements of each Fire Alarm installation

• Provided all information from the AHJ to engineers to design the Fire Alarm system

• Contacted local contractors to provide estimates

• Created estimate forms for contractors to bid on, based on the take off from the prints provided.

• Created estimates and added all notes for each particular project to the RCM (Regional Construction Manager) and

followed up on all proposals with any questions or concerns they may have.

• Hired contractors based on follow up, paperwork, knowledge and estimate.

• Ordered all material and equipment and processed all invoices for payment

• Assisted Technicians in field

• Set up Central Station and all close out documents for each project.

• Billed out each phase of the project as it was completed

• Provided weekly updates to manager and RCM’s.

• Provided job cost and profit report to manager.

• Provided updates to manager on progress of the Installations

NOBLE ELEVATOR COMPANY, INC. 2000 TO 2008

POSITION: Project Manager/Estimator

• Reviewed bid documents, specifications, site surveys and architectural drawings to prepare estimates.

• Tracked all information for new installations and modernizations.

• Presented proposals to all General Contractors, followed up on proposals and assisted the General Contractors with

questions or concerns the may have.

• Ordered material and equipment.

• Reviewed all drawings before sending the prints to the architects. Upon retrieval of drawings from the architect,

drawings would be examined for any changes or additional items they may require.

• Accumulated all information before delivery date would be given, to insure that all required material and equipment

will be delivered to the site on time and have project completed within contractual time limits.

• Prepared job site information packets for the Mechanics in the field with instructions, drawings, tools, etc.

• Reviewed the Mechanics progress reports and daily production at the end of each day and would schedule them for

the following day.
