Corporation with 16 Employees.
Managed and prepared timely and accurate monthly Financial Statements and Budget Reports as well as
year-end preparations for annual audit.
Managed Accounts Receivable/Payable and the General Ledger.
Ensured collection of the monthly owner maintenance fees.
Handled all contractor/service provider invoicing, charge backs, petty cash and Banking.
Managed interest calculations for investments.
