Analyses of glycans released from glycoproteins by EndoM, EndoH, and PNGaseF using MS,
Malti-TOF, and high performance anion-exchange chromatography (HPAEC).
Syntheses of homogeneous human-like glycoproteins by the combination of yeast expression
system and in vitro chemoenzymatic transglycosylation.
In vitro transglycosylation of synthesized glycans to the specific sites of glycoproteins, such as
RNase B and monoclonal antibodies.
