I was the part of the ECM team of senior consultants who took the

knowledge transfer and transition for the maintenance and support

activities from the BG Groups`s incumbent vendor.

E library is webtop based application which is secured, controlled and provides the

means to create,store and retrieve information to support Ford business requirements.

Thousands of documents can be accessed through the web browser which includes

current range of business topics on the Bookshelf .

The E Library provides real time access to current information. It moves documents

electronically through review and approval chains .It provides automated notification

to users. It has fast search capabilities,with full text indexing and use of key words for

rapid retrieval .While the majority of the content in e Library is not business critical,

there are times when it may become highly critical. For example, E Library handles

dealer communications, and some such communications may be deemed critical if the

communication is regarding a "hot topic".

Role: Developer & Team Size 4+1

Responsibilities:

Worked on developing BOF`s for Documentum 5.3 repositories.

Worked on developing DFC methods for a Workflow.

be notified of all approved PDLs or some of them. Users can search for PDLS based on

the selected criteria.GPLUS manages and administers PDL review and approval

workflows.
