Outsourcing ATM Management
As project manager for one of the leading IT outsourcing providers in Canada, led a
project to deliver ATM management solution. The project generated over $1.6 Million
USD in revenue. Responsibilities included technical presentations to executive
decision makers, formulating architectural plan for the solution, developing and
executing against project plan. Project deliveries included: high availability solution
using CA BrightStor, disaster recovery solution using SQL Server log shipping, analog
lines voice dispatching system, digital pager dispatching, Diebold DECAL interface
dispatching, MQ-Series interface to process IBM 473x ATM alert messages.
Electronic Toll Collect Management System
As project leader for a project commissioned by the German government, led a
cross-functional team with members from Germany, Canada, U.S.A and the
Netherlands. The project was delivered on time and within budget and
generated over $1.5 Million USD in revenue.
ATM Network System Audits
As management consultant for several large US and Canadian banks, performed ATM
network system audits. Scope of the audits included analyzing network management
tools, incident based operational management processes, data models for enterprise
data warehousing and reporting. Audits also covered analyzing performance of the
various service vendors against key performance indicators and identifying root cause
analysis for areas requiring improvement. Executive recommendation reports were
delivered to bank CIOs and in many cases resulted in extended delivery engagements.
