the Council in accordance with federal guidelines and Program Performance Standards. Broad scope of responsibility includes

New Business Development:
Seek ways to expand program effectiveness; write grants to secure additional funding for division.
Assure the organization and its mission, program, products, and services are consistently presented.
Focus on special marketing efforts during key enrollment periods and maintain ongoing marketing efforts during
