Norwich University of the Arts Aug 2012 –

Design Technician Present

I give technical instruction and software demonstrations to University students

demonstrating Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign on Apple Mac computers. I

also assist students within the design studio workshops with their design

projects, computer issues and preparing the students files for print.

Staffordshire University Sept 2008 –

Part Time Lecturer and Module Leader June 2011

o ne to level three. As a lecturer and module leader my duties involved

p lanning lessons, constructing assignment b riefs, setting tutorials,

a ssisting and helping students, managing classes and marking work.

Film Resources Officer

D uties involved issuing out film and video equipment to students on a

d aily basis, using and developing the online booking system,

u ndert aking risk assessments, g iving training that may be required,

t esting and fixing broken kit and undertaking administration duties.

Edit Technical Officer

Software and Skills

I am experienced in delivering technical instruction and teaching sessions to large and small

groups on the Adobe Creative Suite software.

I have five years experience of working within an education establishment working with a

variety of software and teaching this to students. When I am not teaching the software I am

always using it to create my own graphic designs and drawings to add to my portfolio of work.

I also have experience of working in an office environment where I am advanced at using

Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

I have a number of years experience with the below software and can confidently use it and
