Corporate Director of Human Resources 2011 to Present
Provide overall human resources leadership for the organization. Initiated and lead organizational
restructuring during merger of two privately owned organizations. Lead a team of human
resources professionals to develop internal programs to sustain and increase employee
productivity during and after organizational changes. Designed and facilitated newly re structured
recruiting and retention programs to ensure employment stability within the organization during a
corporate transition. Initiated health and safety practices to stream line employee injuries and
reduce workers compensation liability. Facilitate new programs that create special emphasis on

Implemented consolidated policies and processes to ensure consistent human resources practices

employees. Manage a team of human resources professionals who lead generalist responsibility including
career development, succession planning, employee relations, union avoidance and labor contracts. Facilitate

streams. Designed, implemented and managed national strike contingency planning while providing
replacement worker security for the operational business.

to 2003
Consolidated the corporate divisions benefit packages into a singular plan. Created and
implemented steps in restructuring all administration departments while reducing operational
costs. Provided organizational changes to each of the four divisions and built the corporate
structure with an upgraded exempt work force.
