superintendent, project manager, and senior estimator, and continued with
Brown Contracting Inc. in the same role from 2007 to 2011.
I have extensive experience in successfully estimating numerous
architectural buildings, water and wastewater treatment plant projects
ranging from one to fifty million dollars in contract size.
I have an exceptional ability to create Excel Spreadsheets to match and
duplicate any bid Bid Form. My ability to link spreadsheet values to other
spread sheets or directly to the Bid Form expedite the bidding process and
reduce risk in changes, and produce true values at Bid time.
I am also proficient with Microsoft Word, and any earthwork estimating soft
wares (paydirt primarily, but so quick to learn and utilize whatever system
is in use).
I have and can operate most construction equipment including rubber tired
backhoes, loaders of all sizes, dozers, track excavators, and other support

in Salem under highway 99, 120 lf in Salem under I-5, 200 lf under I-5,
and 900 lf at depths greater than 50 vertical feet.
I completed the design/build phase of civil and site work services for
completed $7.5 million Design-Build Armed Forces Reserve Center in
Springfield.

Lane Transit District Bus Rapid Transit System in Eugene-Springfield.
Certified Contractor Quality Control System Manager on the $26 million
Willamette Temperature Control Intake Structure at Cougar Reservoir, for
the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers. Performance rated by the Army Corps of
Engineer's team as "excellent", and concurrently cutting costs and
expediting company profits as a part of CQCSM responsibilities and
reporting to the Corp.
