- At Acuity, I am training to be the Group Leader for I/O on second shift. I determine what orders are to be completed each night, perform a Kanban audit, and record production figures. I adjust personnel, as needed, to better complete orders.

- At C&D, I assemble 55 different types of batteries. This includes the changeover of machines to adapt to each battery. I am also responsible for inspecting each battery for shipment.

- While at Robie’s, I was responsible for all hiring. I also managed all server, kitchen, and bar staff. I handled all accounts receivable/payable accounts. I did payroll for this and three other businesses. I was also responsible for all alcohol catering, entertainment scheduling, and promotions.

- I reconciled invoices to ensure correctness, I then switched to auditing where I was involved in the payment of all accounts payable. I also became a 5S auditor and would inspect areas in the factory to ensure compliance with 5S rules.
Subaru of Indiana Automotive – Production Associate – 1989 – 2007
- I worked in rear suspension doing general line assembly. I then drove a fork truck for ten years. My final three years I worked on the inspection line. While there, I inspected all cars and made appropriate repairs. I shattered my heel in 2006 and was administratively terminated in 2007 due to my inability to return to my previous position.
