Experience

2010-Current Technical Operations Manager, Whitlock

Managed delivery of $18 Million in A/V integration products and

services in 2012 and roughly $15 Million in 2013.

Responsible for monthly management of a $1.3 - $1.8 Million annual

Technical Operations Department P&L. Over the last few years, led

change to decrease department expenses.

Provide technical leadership with extensive Project Management,

Installation Management, and Business Management experience to

help manage and lead technical operations for the Virginia Beach

Whitlock branch.

Manage internal business processes to ensure maximum efficiency is

obtained while overall resource utilization is yielding bottom line

profitability.

Integral in promoting and maintaining compliance with company-

wide initiative to change process to define responsibility and call out

deliverables of all resources during life cycle of each project.

Posses a strong combination of direct industry technical experience

and excellent customer, management, computer and organizational

skills.

• Responsible for Project Management, Programming, Installation and

Commissioning resources and processes for the branch.

• Work as part of the local management team to set the standards for

Branch Technical Operations and to ensure that all branch

establish best technical practices from other Whitlock offices.

• Review/reject/approve time sheets in Enterprise Project Management

Software for all direct report employees.

• Able to design system drawings, by hand or by utilizing Microsoft

Visio.

2001-2010 SVP & Director of Operations, Audio Video Architects, (AVA)

• Started and developed AVA from part time commercial audio/video

contracting.

• Secured all sales, design, management and completion, both

commercial and residential audio, video and low voltage electronic

system projects.

commercial A/V companies to generate and maintain follow-on

business and residual income from commercial installations and

and radio frequency based control systems and remote controls,

custom programmed touch screen remote controls, lighting control

systems, HVAC control systems, home automation systems, security

systems, CCTV systems, access control systems, outdoor landscape

audio and weather proof TVs, complete dedicated home theaters,

and monthly maintenance agreements.
