Document Control Specialist & Project Coordinator [July 2011 Till Date]

Preparation of document submittals for the approval of the Consultant,

liaising with sub-contractors for the timely rectification of Consultants’

comments for obtaining approval. Coordination with Site and Technical

Department for the movement of records for the execution of works.

Responsible for the setting up, implementation and management of

Document Control system for the efficient Document Management of the

Project

Point of contact for all project related documents and correspondence

Receiving, Registering all incoming Contractual Drawings, Specification
