Operations and Administrative Management

• Building of custom homes and commercial buildings ranging from 3,600 to over 45,000 Square Footage;

• Supervised completion of a 861 Cubic Yards fish hatchery foundation slab (with formed in drainage channels) within a 12 hour

pour;

• Managed and converted a masonry company to profitability from operating losses after first year of as the VP of Operation;

• Supervised an Emergency repair of the 4/2007 Waimea Bay rockslide. The repair involved stabilizing rockslide areas by

Original Budget;

• Supervised a $10 Million enclosed concrete reservoir including all inlet and outlet infrastructures, also recovered $300,000.00

by creative material purchasing of sister project;

• Awarded bid and initiated construction valued at $64.5 Million, 2.5 miles section of a six lane highway with all infrastructures.
