I have matured in-depth experience in the IT sector, within a technical,
managerial and Project Management environment, holding position with
constantly increasing responsibilities, ranging from a CED operator to a
systems analyst, right up to my current position as Project Manager with
the direct management of projects carried out upon key clients' premises.

. As regards the branch offices in Palermo, Bari, Reggio, Cagliari and
Naples, I carried out updates of 15 SAN and 20 cluster file share
levels. Symantec Backup Exec migration from version 9.1 to 12.5,
installation of 5 IBM TS3200 libraries.
Abbott Italia:
. Installation and configuration of 3 Microsoft W2k clusters (File
Server, SQL cluster and Oracle) on IBM X Series 440 and 445 on highly-
reliable Totalstorage FastT200 server. Installation of ESX 2.0 server
and the subsequent migration to 2.1 (Vmware) on the same SAN as
regards the production environment. Creation of a test environment
with Vmware ESX.2.1 for 11 virtual servers.
. Configuration of centralised Backup with Veritas Backup Exec 9.0 for
the entire ABBOTT Server Farm (110 servers) with Agent SQL, Notes and
IDR (Disaster Recovery) on two Media Servers linked to a IBM 3584 LTO1
library.
. Creation of a Cluster Nodes with two IBM X Series 346 on IBM SAN
DS4300 Turbo.
. Implementation of Monitoring and Alert activities both for the SANs
and for the 440 and 445 servers in real time.
. Migration of the W2K Clusters to Windows 2003 Ent. Ed. on SAN DS4300
Turbo.
TAV (High Speed Train) and RFI (Italian National Railway Company)
. Installation and creation of two highly-reliable FastT700 of 4
terabyte each Remote mirroring. Configuration of a Cluster with W2k
File Share on mirrored arrays with the creation of script for a
Flashcopy of the same partitions.
. Centralised backup for 60 servers with two media servers that pilot a
Storagetech L40 library.
. Cluster installation of two ESX 2.5.2 servers on a FastT600 with the
virtualisation of certain servers by means of Vmware tools as a
Virtual Center (with Vmotion and P2V).
. Creation of a test environment for the repetition of data by means of
Veritas Volume Replicator.
. Installation and configuration of monitoring system via E-mail and Sms
(IBM Director 5.10) for the entire IT infrastructure including Trap.
. Creation of Disaster Recovery with Live State Advanced Server 6.0 by
Symantec for all servers.
