Forging Die Design Experience
I studied mechanical drafting during High School as part of a start up
vocational program at Kenmore High in Akron, Ohio from 1974 - 1978. When I
graduated from High School I worked as an automatic screw machine operator
with my Dad for one summer when I found work in Cleveland in the Forging
Industry. I worked in the Forging Industry from 1979 to 1999 for two
companies, Park Drop Forge (3 years) and Presrite Corporation (16 years) as
a Die Designer. Through my tenure with these companies I learned the die
design trade. I have several years of drafting board experience and 13
years Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) experience. I also served on the
Forging Industry Association Committee to produce the Product Design Guide
for Forging - handbook. Through the years in the Forging Industry I
acquired my people and management skills. In 1999, I made a career change
to focus on the growing Internet Technologies.

INTRESTS
Choir - I've been singing as a choir member for over 33 years most of those
years were with St. Mary's Parish in Akron. I am now a member of St. Paul's
Catholic Parish and sing in the Adult Choir and Cantor. Singing God's
praises and leading the people as Cantor during Mass is something I love to
do.
Model Ship Building - I really enjoy building 18th century sailing vessels
and modern war ships. This is a great and rewarding hobby that requires
great patience and extraordinary attention to detail.
