Cumberland MD to Logan WV. I hired and trained 12 successful sales
people.
Six months later I had the top selling group of TCI representatives in
the whole nation.
Some of these representatives had experience. Some had none. Two were
even past coal miners. They all did great, and it was just a great
accomplishment.
I learned how to envision things from a customers stand point and used
this to train
my sales people. Knocking on customers doors explaining the benefits and
value of Primestar. Sitting down with customers at their table selling
Primestar.
Learned how to manage my time and work alone effectively.
Left this job to go to work for Verizon
