EMR Cranes Pty Limited (Administration)

* The role of administration at EMR Cranes involved organisation to facilitate effective
administration and office operating procedures related to ongoing paperwork and
administrative roles. My role required me to be proactive rather than reactive for example,
maintaining accurate records of various office processes such as databases, spread sheets, etc.
EMR Cranes assisted me in developing my skills in professionalism and communication
being the first point of call for general enquiries and correspondence.
Advanced Air-Conditioning (Administration)

* Working as an administration personnel at Advanced Air-conditioning helped me in gaining
confidence and skills in achieving the best of my abilities. My role at Advanced Air-
Conditioning required me to sort and organise files in relation to accounts with large sums of
money and accounting protocols. My role also helped me to develop greater phone etiquette,
computer skills and the ability to work unattended.
Wangee Public School (I.T Work Experience)

* Throughout my work experience at Wangee Public School, I developed my skills in
“Information Technology” (I.T). This role involved me dealing with disadvantaged students
and assisting them with their technological skills for instance, my role consisted of
developing creative PowerPoints and Microsoft Excel Spread sheets with the students. This
gave me an insight in developing my computer skills.
KMART (Work Experience)

* Maintained quality customer service and store display. Primary role was to pick and pack
products. Involved dealing with money and accounts and maintain excellent communication
skills to meet customer satisfaction.
Professional Training Services

* At Professional Training Services, I was able to develop distinct skills such as working in a
team effort, phone manner, customer service, netiquette and organisational procedures.
Having to involve myself in this experience allowed me to further develop my skills and
abilities in succeeding in future endeavours. My role involved in attending general phone
calls, dealing with customers, working under pressure, organisational skills, and accounting.
