DETAILED EXPERIENCE

A. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

2010 -. I am one of the two partners in the company ELIKAN OE. This company is active

in Land Design, Landscape architecture and Rural Development projects. The company

coordinates the implementation and operational support of projects that promote

sustainable rural development and organic farming. I hold a position in the Dept. of

B. ACTIONS RELATED TO EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY

1. 2010-2011. MILARONIA: Workshop for Culture, Art and Creativity in the

Village and Nature. I already have practical experience in the field of creative

occupation for children o f ages 5-12 years through my involvement as an assistant

for the last two summers (2010-2011) in the activities o f a non-profit organization

named MILARONIA, based in Rethymno Crete. I currently co-ordinate the

volunteers department. Please find attached the document for 2012 volunteers’ call,

where the purpose and activities of this organization are mentioned.

2. 2005-2009. TSIKIMPOUM: Children's Camp - International Cultural

Village. I have accumulated relevant experience from activities with children in the

camp o f TSIKIMPOUM, Akrotiri Chania, Crete, where I participated as a group

leader assistant for children aged 5-12.

OTHER SKILLS - ACTIVITIES

Jan.2011 – July 2011: I realized a 6-month educational participation in student exchange

program ERASMUS. I stayed in the area of BRNO in the Czech Republic for a period of 1

month where I learned the Czech language (lower degree). Then I stayed in Prague, where

I attended the School of Philosophy and Social Studies at Charles University.

My mother is a teacher who participated in the organization and operation of the

International Cultural Village TSIKIMPOUM (mentioned above) from 1995 to 2009. From

the very early age of 7 years old I joined my mother during those summer activities. This

offered me a unique experience in understanding how to organize and operate such

facilities and activities.

I have special communication skills and can handle situations in a diplomatic way.
