I. Main KPI: Guarantees 100% success rate new model introduction through

• Creating a complete project management program standardization

to ensure Cost, Safety, Quality, Environmental and Productivity

targets are considered and met from planning stage to Start of

Production (SOP).

• Setting Operational Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) – Main,

Process and Results – that will serve as overall direction.

• Providing resolution to the key issues of the projects

II. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sets overall project management plan based from the general

direction set by TMC, Japan and TMAP-EM, Thailand.

• Sets major milestones from planning stage to project handover with

end-users.

• Coordinates with designers and suppliers to ensure smooth

development of new specifications until production line trial.

• Coordinates with related working groups such as Engineering,

Quality, Purchasing and Production Line to ensure smooth

execution of the project plan.

• Orders all trial imported parts needed for production line trial.

Conducts total budget evaluation to ensure conformance with the

overall project specifications and requirements.

Reports to the Top Management the achievements every project

milestone meeting.

III. Implemented Kaizen:

• Constructed New Model Vehicle Pilot Area

Objective: Serves and Research and Development area that will

simulate assembly process to detect in advance potential problems

prior to on-line production line trial.
